White Knight Academy: an online chess academy

White Knight Academy is an online chess academy for kids. We run its Meta and Google ads for families in the US and Canada, set up GA4 analytics with Consent Mode and track the results from the click to the paid month of classes.

Budgets from US$1,000 a month. Ad spend is paid to Google or Meta directly.

About the project

What White Knight Academy is

One of the projects where the ads, the tracking and the reports work as one system. That part is our job.

White Knight Academy is an online chess academy for kids. The academy’s own site describes its programs and class format best: online chess classes.

Online education is a telling type of project for marketing. Between the first click and the payment there are usually several steps: a sign-up, getting to know the school, a first class. If you count only clicks, or even sign-ups, it’s easy to keep paying for ads that never bring students.

That’s why we set up the ads, the tracking and the reports as one system for projects like this: the ads learn from real results, and budget decisions follow the data.

For White Knight Academy, this means Meta and Google campaigns for families in the US and Canada, GA4 analytics with Consent Mode, and tracking that shows the path from the click to the paid month of classes.

What we do

Ads, analytics and reports

Three parts of one job. Each makes sense only with the others: without tracking, the ads optimize blind, and without a report you can’t see where to move the budget.

Ads

We plan and run the Meta and Google campaigns: the structure, the ads and the budgets. After the launch we review what works and move the money to where the results come from.

How we work with the main channels: Google Ads Meta Ads

Analytics

GA4 with Consent Mode, the setting that makes Google tags respect each visitor’s cookie choice. Sign-ups and events on the site are counted, so you can see what happens after the click and which ads really work.

Reports

Every month we bring the spend and the results together by channel: what worked, what we changed and what comes next. Budget decisions rest on numbers, not on a feeling.

Result

Why this case has no numbers

We publish only the results we can confirm and show with the project’s permission.

So this page describes what is set up and how we measure it, not how many sign-ups or sales it brought. We handle every client’s data the same way: your numbers stay yours and never appear anywhere without your consent.

How we measure the work in any project: at the start we agree what counts as a result, for example a request, a booking or a payment. We judge the ads by that event, and the monthly report shows what it costs in each channel.

Case studies with numbers are on the case studies page: a lead system for a remodeling company in Warsaw, Poland, where the first lead from ads came on the second day of the campaign, and our 2020–2021 archive from Poland.

For your business

What this means for a business in the US or Canada

An online project that sells to families or customers across North America needs the same basics as a local business, and a few more.

  • Ads in your customers’ language, for the cities, states or provinces where they live.
  • Tracking to the sale, not to the click. You see which ads bring paying customers and what each one costs.
  • Cookie consent and analytics set up for the rules that apply to your customers.
  • Work across time zones. Our team is in Warsaw, Poland, and we schedule calls in your time zone.
  • One report for all channels and markets, so you see the whole picture.

If you run a local service rather than an online one, the same idea is behind our lead system. Questions first? Write to us from the contact page.

Request

Let’s talk about your project

An online school, a service or a store: tell us what you sell and where your customers are. We’ll come back with a first concrete answer: what to launch, in what order and what it costs.

Budgets from US$1,000 a month. Ad spend is paid to Google or Meta directly.

2 short steps
