Facebook and Instagram ads for small businesses

Facebook and Instagram ads show your offer to people in your area who aren’t searching yet but notice good work when they see it. We set up the campaigns and the lead tracking, improve the ads every week and show you each month what one lead costs.

Budgets from US$1,000 a month. Ad spend is paid to Meta directly.

This is what the monthly Meta Ads report looks like. The numbers are illustrative.
Your ad account. The account and the billing are in your company’s name.
Lead tracking. The Meta Pixel and Conversions API count inquiries, not just clicks.
A monthly report. The cost per lead for every campaign and audience.
What’s included

Facebook and Instagram ads, from audiences to the report

We take care of the strategy, the creatives, the setup and the weekly work on the campaigns. From you, we need access, photos or videos of your work and feedback on the leads.

Audiences

Your service area by city and radius, plus interests where they help. If part of your audience speaks another language, it gets its own campaign with its own copy.

Creatives

Videos with a voice-over and banners made from photos of your real jobs, not stock images.

Formats and placements

The feed, Stories and Reels on Facebook and Instagram. The lead comes through a Meta lead form or from your website.

Tracking and consent

The Meta Pixel, Conversions API and a cookie consent banner where the law requires one, so the ads learn from real leads.

Retargeting

We remind people who visited your site or watched your video, and stop showing ads to those who have already reached out.

Optimization and reports

Every week we pause weak ads and test new ones. Every month you see the leads, their cost and the next steps.

Launch

How we set up your Meta ads

  1. Start

    Audit and plan

A call, access, a look at your competitors and your offer. You get a plan for the campaigns, audiences and budget.

  2. Preparation

    Tracking and creatives

The Pixel, Conversions API and cookie consent. We write the copy, edit the videos and prepare the banners.

  3. Launch

    First tests

Two or three creatives per offer. We judge them after an agreed period, not after the first day.

  4. After that

    Optimization and growth

We add budget to the ads with the lowest cost per lead and test new audiences, areas and formats.

Contractors

Facebook ads for contractors

Remodels, roofs, decks and yards look good in photos and video, so Meta ads can find homeowners before they start searching.

  • Your own projects: before-and-after photos and short videos from the job site.
  • Your service area: the cities and the radius your crews cover.
  • A clear next step: a lead form inside Meta or an estimate request on your site.

In our remodeling case in Warsaw, Poland, the ads were videos with a voice-over and banners for the city and its suburbs, with a separate campaign for the Ukrainian-speaking audience. The first lead from ads came on the second day, and the CRM shows which campaign and ad it came from. How leads move from the ad to your phone is on the lead system page, and the full picture for your trade is on the page about marketing for contractors.

Who it suits

When Meta Ads are the right choice

Facebook and Instagram ads find people who aren’t looking for you on Google yet, but may get interested once they see your work.

  • Services that show well in photos and video: remodeling, landscaping, beauty, catering and events.
  • Local businesses that need customers in a specific city or neighborhood.
  • Online stores whose products are easy to show in a short video.

If customers already search for your service, start with Google Ads or run both channels together. If you send the ads to your own site, it should be fast and built for inquiries. And once Meta and Google bring leads steadily, you can test TikTok, Telegram or ChatGPT ads.

Pricing

What Facebook and Instagram ads cost

What the price is made of

  • Ad spend: you pay Meta directly, from your own card.
  • Our work: the setup and monthly management under an agreement with the scope written down.
  • The cost per lead depends on your trade, area, offer and creative, so we don’t guess it before the start.
  • The test: one offer, two or three creatives and an agreed period before we draw conclusions.

Minimum budget

US$1,000 / month

We take on projects with a marketing budget from US$1,000 a month. We prepare an exact quote for your trade and area after a call.

Questions

Meta ads: common questions

Didn’t find your answer? Ask in the form or on the contact page.

How much do Facebook ads cost for a small business?

We take on projects with a marketing budget from US$1,000 a month, and you pay the ad spend to Meta directly, from your own card. The cost of one lead depends on your trade, your area, your offer and the creative, so we give a forecast after a call, and the first test shows the real numbers.

Lead forms or my website: which is better?

A lead form inside Facebook or Instagram is quick to fill in, but people know less about you when they send it. Your website tells them more before they reach out, and with a CRM it shows which ad each lead came from. A test with both shows which one brings customers at a lower cost, counted per customer rather than per form.

Do Facebook ads work for contractors?

They can, especially for work that shows well: remodels, roofs, decks and landscaping, where homeowners can see your projects before they start searching. We don’t promise a number of leads. We start with a test of two or three creatives over an agreed period and judge it by the cost per lead, next to your other channels.

What are the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API?

The Pixel is code on your site that tells Meta when someone sends a request. The Conversions API sends the same event from the server, so Meta sees the lead even when a browser blocks the Pixel, and one lead isn’t counted twice. We set both up together with cookie consent where the law requires it.

Why not just boost a post?

The Boost button gives you few settings: a goal, an audience and a budget in a few clicks. In Ads Manager we choose a lead goal, test several creatives, set up retargeting and exclude people who have already reached out. And the leads counted by the Pixel teach the ads to find people similar to your customers.
